In silver, featuring a white enameled Maltese cross with rays in each quadrant, bearing three Gold stars on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 38. 1 mm (w) x 60. 1 mm (h inclusive of suspension), makers and silver hallmark, original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: Order of the Three Stars is the highest civilian order awarded for meritorious service to Latvia. It was established in 1924 in remembrance
